Equipped with a stainless steel front, top ledge, and door, plus two nickel-chrome wire mesh fry baskets with red plastic-coated handles, it’s built for heavy-duty use. The Invensys thermostat, ranging from 200ºF to 400ºF, offers precise temperature control, and an auto-reset high limit provides added safety.
